The role
The Case Manager GWGL implements strategies to achieve the goals for the organization and provides employment support and training for Goodwill Workforce Development program participants and trainees.
What you'll do
- Assess program participants for job readiness and develop individualized development plans
- Provide on-the-job training and job-related guidance
- Audit employee’s attendance and analyze progress towards goal achievement
- Write case notes and maintain effective communication with various departments
- Organize meetings to promote communication and consistency
- Effectively plan and manage work to complete routine job responsibilities and special assignments
What it takes
- Two years of college education or experience equivalency
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Educational background in vocational rehabilitation
- Prior experience working with persons with disabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
