The role
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager for the Syracuse City Emerging Adult Domestic Violence (EA DV) Court to support participants by connecting them to community-based service partners and addressing barriers to voluntary service engagement.

- Provide crisis intervention and short-term case management services
- Conduct intakes and needs-based assessments
- Serve as a liaison with court stakeholders and community partners
- Create and facilitate educational sessions
- Maintain accurate data entry and case documentation

- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in case management
