The role
CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager to work with homeless families in Queens, NY, providing comprehensive case management services and assisting clients in achieving their goals.
What you'll do
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality
- Review and establish clients' eligibility for program
- Conduct initial and periodic assessments of clients' needs
- Assist clients in attaining their goals by identifying and locating community resources
- Refer clients to permanent housing opportunities
- Schedule and escort clients to appointments
What it takes
- High School Diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of applicable experience
- Associate degree and two (2) years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of applicable experience

- Bilingual (English & any other language) preferred
