The role
The Capacity Building Officer at the Green Climate Fund is responsible for delivering capacity-building activities and ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of learning products to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Contributes to the delivery of Capacity Building activities
- Captures and analyzes key aspects of Direct Access Entity needs
- Supports the delivery point of the IIU for the implementation of the IIU CB strategy
- Encourages and secures collaboration by fostering strong, empathetic relationships with AEs and other stakeholders
- Adapts and develops the implementation of impactful CB products
- Drafts, edits, and refines specialized documents
What it takes
- Master’s degree in a subject relevant to compliance, law, public administration, governance or related area
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in working with, or a detailed knowledge of, integrity topics
- International work experience, ideally in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience with outreach and the development and delivery of learning products/sessions for adults from different cultural backgrounds
- Excellent knowledge of office technology such as MS office package, and experience in working with design software
