The role
The Capacity Building Officer is responsible for supporting the development of employees’ capabilities through training and coaching sessions, coordinating with both governmental entities and IDA’s internal departments to identify capacity gaps, develop and implement training programs, and monitor their effectiveness.

What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in conducting Training Needs Assessments
- Experience in developing training plans and delivering training programs
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
