Join the Endeavor Team! Endeavor is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated, full-time (37.5 hours per week) Billing Specialist to support financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reimbursement for behavioral health services.
What you'll do
- Submit accurate electronic and paper claims
- Review billing reports and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
- Verify client eligibility, benefits, and authorizations
- Maintain working knowledge of coding guidelines
- Manage accounts receivable
What it takes
