The Arizona Conservation Corps (AZCC) is seeking a Fall Flagstaff Crew Leader to mentor and supervise young adults while completing essential conservation projects. This seasonal, full-time role involves leading a camping-based crew in activities such as trail construction, habitat restoration, and fire fuels reduction throughout public lands. Crew Leaders are responsible for project management, safety enforcement, administrative documentation, and fostering a cohesive community environment.

What you'll do
