The role

The Associate for Projects will support the strengthening of project management within INADEH’s Project Office, contributing to the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of institutional projects.

What you'll do

  • Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables with a project plan that outlines tasks, resources, budget, timeline, and risks.
  • Monitor project implementation to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Assist in managing changes to project scope, timelines, and costs.
  • Prepare reports on completed, ongoing, and upcoming projects.
  • Contribute to the creation, exchange, and strengthening of knowledge and capacity development relevant to the assigned project.

What it takes

  • Secondary education (complete) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or related fields will be given due consideration but is not a requirement.
  • Postgraduate studies or master's degree in Administrative, Financial Management, Project Management or related fields are highly valued.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Zoom, and training platforms.
  • Experience in administrative and financial management of infrastructure projects in the private and/or public sector.
