The role
ACRG is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of their Community Employment programme, focusing on administrative, IT, and financial tasks.
What you'll do
- Support the CE Supervisor with the day-to-day coordination of the programme
- Provide administrative and practical support to CE Supervisor and participants
- Maintain accurate participant, attendance, training and progression records
- Assist with wage, payroll and financial administration, claims and related documentation
- Use Excel and other IT systems to maintain records and prepare reports
- Support data collection and reporting requirements, including Salesforce, and DSP systems
