The role
Support the design, development, and implementation of AI digital solutions for IDB clients, focusing on strategic alignment and technical fit.
What you'll do
- Translate operational needs into AI-enabled digital solutions
- Research AI case studies, best practices, and lessons learned
- Provide guidance on AI implementation, risks, and lifecycle management

What it takes
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy or related fields
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in information technology field, with at least three years delivering AI-based business services and solutions
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, additional knowledge of Portuguese is preferable
- Experience managing IT consulting firms or third-party digital solution implementations
- Extensive understanding of ethical considerations and responsible use of AI
