The role

The Advisor, Planning & Operations role at Save the Children involves supporting senior management team governance, managing meeting cadence and tracking decisions, overseeing communications and knowledge management efforts, and leading departmental reporting and performance measurements.

What you'll do

  • Manage PI SMT meeting cadence and track decisions and accountabilities
  • Prepare agendas and materials for PI SMT and quarterly PI ESMT meetings
  • Develop actionable workplans with owners, timelines, and milestones
  • Support SCI and PI leadership PHFFA meeting coordination
  • Own and maintain the PI department SaveNet page
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc SMT communication

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior-level executives
  • Proven ability to make decisions and demonstrate sound judgement
  • Experience developing strategic plans
