The role
Action Education is seeking an Adjoint to the Coordination of the Europe Territory for a 12-month CDD position, supporting project coordination and management, representation, and plaidoyer activities.
What you'll do
- Appuyer la Coordinatrice sur le pilotage du Territoire Europe
- Appuyer la mise en œuvre des projets en adéquation avec les standards de qualité attendus
- Accompagner les chef.fe.s de projet dans la réalisation de leurs missions
- Veiller à la transversalité dans la mise en œuvre des projets
- Représentant Action Education dans différents forums
- Établir des relations institutionnelles et promouvoir les initiatives au sein des projets du Territoire Europe
What it takes
- Diplôme niveau Bac + 5 en Sciences humaines, Sciences sociales, Sciences de Gestion, Economie
- Au moins 8 ans d’expérience avérée dans des programmes/projets de développement en France et/ou à l’étranger (Europe un plus)
- Expérience en coordination fonctionnelle avec des équipes projets
- Expérience en pilotage et gestion de projets
- Expérience en projets et financements européens
- Bon communicateur (oral et écrit)
