Youth Services Assistant Summer Counselor

The role

The Youth Services Assistant Summer Counselor supports the IRC’s Education and Youth Services team by coordinating youth-focused educational workshops, tutoring, and enrichment programs. This role involves maintaining communication with families and partner organizations, facilitating vocational goal exploration, and providing administrative support for case management. The position requires a culturally sensitive individual capable of working in both office and field settings to assist refugee and immigrant youth.
