Youth Advocate I

The role

Eliot is seeking a compassionate Youth Advocate I to provide mentorship and supportive care to court-involved youth ages 13 to 21 in a residential setting. This role focuses on trauma-informed care, skill-building, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment for personal growth. The advocate will work collaboratively within a dedicated team to promote positive decision-making and healthy development for the youth in the program.
