Youth Advocate

The role

Eliot is seeking compassionate Youth Advocates to provide mentorship and support to court-involved youth ages 13 to 21 in a staff-secure setting. This role focuses on skill building, trauma-informed care, and fostering personal growth within a dedicated team environment. Successful candidates will help implement program activities, promote healthy decision-making, and ensure a safe, inclusive atmosphere for the youth they serve.
