The role

What you'll do

  • Contribute to analytical and data work by supporting data collection, research, and drafting of technical reports or policy notes

What it takes

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in public administration, economics, public policy, political science, finance, law, or a related discipline
  • 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong experience and global knowledge in one or more of the following areas: public administration, civil service reform, public financial management, SOE corporate governance, anticorruption, digital government and public sector innovation, justice, and tax administration
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to analytical and operational work, including policy research, project preparation, or technical assistance
  • Experience in government or an international organization/IFI
  • Strong organizational, writing, communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise outputs under guidance
