- 2-6 years of relevant professional experience designing and developing self-paced online learning and other digital learning solutions
- Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, emerging technologies, multimedia tools, and UX/user-centered design
- Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Strong English communication, visual storytelling, organization, collaboration, and deadline management skills
