The role
Busara Center for Behavioral Economics is seeking a Workforce Development Thematic Expert to support the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works Strategy in Kenya, focusing on the TVET sector.

What it takes
- Advanced degree in Education, Vocational Training, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in TVET program design, delivery, or evaluation in Kenya
- Experience in qualitative fieldwork (IDIs, FGDs, KIIs)
- Proven track record in conducting strategic reviews, evaluations, or advisory assignments
- Working knowledge of Kenya’s TVET policy framework
- Strong facilitation skills in relevant Kenyan local languages
