Site Supervisor to support and supervise work crews, create a safe and uplifting environment, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure team member safety.
What you'll do
- Support, supervise, and train work crews of 5-10 individuals
- Create an uplifting work environment that ensures team member safety
- Provide on-the-job coaching and encouragement to team members
- Balance engagement and accountability across the crew
- Ensure customers’ work orders are completed to a high standard
What it takes
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
- Previous safety training preferable, though training will be provided
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve success
