Manages grant performance and partnerships with global WASH partners to ensure effective program implementation and accountability.
What you'll do
- Manage the multi-year grant lifecycle for a portfolio of global implementation partners
- Optimize partner program implementation through M&E findings
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Support the team’s AI transition by piloting and adopting AI tools
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Program Partnerships to establish long-term partnership plans
- Manage a Water Programs Associate or coordinate closely with other Associates
What it takes
- 5+ years of experience managing a WASH funding portfolio at a grantmaking organization
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships or programs against a defined performance framework
- Experience engaging external technical resources
