What you'll do
- Promote rights of displaced persons according to advocacy strategy.

- Design and lead WASH needs assessments, baseline/endline studies, and mid-term evaluations.
- Ensure timely delivery of implementation plans, procurement plans, and budget expenditure reports.
- Coordinate WASH activities with other organizations and internal sectors like Shelter, Education, and ICLA.
What it takes
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- University degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (or 7+ years experience if lower education).
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English is desirable.
- Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.) and hydraulic calculation tools.
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
