- Validating findings with relevant actors and delivering final documents.
What it takes
- 7 years of general experience.
- At least 5 years of specific experience in the design, implementation, analysis or evaluation of public policies, programs or projects related to care systems, gender equality, social protection, local development or areas related.
- Experience in research, data collection and systematization for technical documents and policy recommendations (review of ordinances, PDOT, plans of development, legal frameworks).
- Experience working with Government Autonomous Decentralized Entities (GAD) in Ecuador that includes knowledge of municipal and provincial institutional functioning.
