The role
The Visitor Experience & Engagement Operations Officer will manage the day-to-day operations of Wellcome Collection, including incident responses, resource planning, and front-of-house support.
What you'll do
- Ensure the safe, smooth and consistent operation of the venue as Duty Manager and First Aider
- Lead incident responses and support an inclusive and accessible visitor experience
- Manage staffing rotas and resource planning
- Support front-of-house teams and coordinate training and development
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments and support incident management
