The role
The Obama Foundation is seeking a Visitor Engagement Associate to support various points of engagement for guests, including campus tours and museum exhibit experiences.
What you'll do
- Navigate a fast-paced environment with rotating duties including tours and exhibit narratives.
- Provide direct customer engagement to ensure an inclusive experience.
- Build and maintain knowledge of Center programming and exhibits.
- Work closely with onsite security for crowd management and emergency situations.
- Collaborate with Visitor Services and Volunteer Ambassadors.
