The role
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Vice President, Technology to lead a comprehensive assessment and redesign of the organization’s technology, data, and information systems.
What you'll do
- Lead a full organizational assessment of systems, infrastructure, staffing, vendor ecosystem, and service delivery.
- Engage with leaders across departments to understand business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Collaborate to establish or strengthen governance frameworks for service delivery, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance.
- Support leaders to provide reliable day-to-day IT operations.
- Support ongoing organizational initiatives, including planning for a next-generation case management system.
- Facilitate the professional development of Senior Leaders in the Technology department.

- 10+ years in IT executive leadership (CIO, CTO, or equivalent)
- Nonprofit or public sector experience
