The role
The Vice President of US Government Partnerships at International Justice Mission (IJM) will lead the organization's strategy to engage US government institutions in protecting vulnerable people from violence, focusing on legislative and executive branch partnerships, and driving policy change.

- In-depth knowledge and experience with US Government structures and US development assistance mechanisms
- Superior leadership with a proven track record of building strong, aligned, and highly effective teams
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
