The role
The Vice President of Product & Innovation at International Justice Mission (IJM) will lead the product function across the full donor giving continuum, focusing on innovation and strategy to drive breakthrough growth for the organization.
What you'll do
- Define and own IJM’s product vision and innovation strategy
- Lead and develop the Director, Product (Relational Fundraising) and the Product Lead for Mass Engagement
- Build a unified product function across mass and relational fundraising
- Represent the product and innovation function at the executive and board level
- Own the full product portfolio and track performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, marketing, or fundraising
- Demonstrated track record of building breakthrough products or offerings
- Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of product strategy, portfolio management, and innovation methodology
- Experience operating at the executive or board level
