Vice President of People
The role
The Vice President of People will lead the design and implementation of an integrated, insights-driven talent strategy at the KIPP Foundation. This role oversees the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, professional development, and organizational culture. Reporting to the SVP of People Operations, the leader will ensure talent systems are scaled effectively to support leaders and staff in serving students and communities. The position focuses on building leadership capacity, driving organizational effectiveness, and championing a high-performing, equitable culture.
