Vice President of Equity and Diversity
The role
The Vice President of Equity and Diversity serves as a system architect and field leader responsible for embedding equity into the KIPP Foundation's core operations and regional strategies. This role drives cross-functional coordination to interrupt patterns of inequitable student outcomes and monitors network-wide progress through rigorous data analysis. The incumbent will partner with senior leadership to design equity-centered systems, mentor regional equity leads, and influence organizational culture to ensure marginalized students receive equitable support.
