The role

WellPower is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Safety, Quality & Compliance to lead integrated, system-wide oversight of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and business continuity. The role involves managing four key leadership departments to ensure organizational resilience and clinical excellence. The successful candidate will report to the COO and drive a 'Just Culture' while embedding safety and quality into all care delivery systems.

What you'll do

  • Define and implement enterprise-wide safety and quality vision and roadmap.
  • Oversee corporate compliance, internal audits, and regulatory training programs.
  • Direct enterprise safety, business continuity, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Lead the Quality Management System and annual clinical quality improvement plans.
  • Manage HIM operations and HIPAA privacy/data integrity compliance.

What it takes

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least three enterprise domains including safety, quality, compliance, or business continuity.
  • Proven experience leading multi-departmental teams at a system or enterprise level.
  • Certification such as CPHQ, CPPS, or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
