What you'll do
- Develop and execute an enterprise data and insights strategy aligned with fundraising goals.

- Oversee the organization’s data ecosystem, including Salesforce and data warehouses.
- Establish data governance, quality, and privacy best practices.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Data & Insights team.
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 12 years of professional experience, ideally in nonprofit advancement.
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience with personnel management.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
