The role
Supports the coordination of promotional, outreach, and training activities related to the PCT system, including managing correspondence, preparing seminar documents, and ensuring financial arrangements for events.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to senior staff in the coordination of PCT promotional, outreach and training activities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, track deadlines and ensure timely responses
- Coordinate the preparation and translation of seminar documents in the PCT publication languages
- Provide support in ensuring the settling of all financial and budgetary aspects with organizers, invited speakers and internal WIPO staff
- Assist in collecting feedback from participants and consolidate the results
- Create and maintain databases in SharePoint, contact lists and directories of organizers, speakers and participants
