The role
The Urban Planning Specialist will support the implementation of the City Planning Labs (CPL) program through technical, operational, analytical, and coordination activities.

- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex technical assistance programs
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Municipal Spatial Data Infrastructure (MSDI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
