Northwest Youth Corps is seeking Urban Community Forestry (UCF) Young Adult Crew Leaders to manage and supervise crews of young adults in conservation projects. What it takes
- At least 20 years old with a clean criminal background check.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three years.
- Experience in outdoor recreation, environmental education, or youth development preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor (heavy lifting, digging, bending) for 8 hours daily.
- Positive mental attitude, flexibility, and excellent judgment.
