What you'll do
- Asegurar la integración de los enfoques de Cambio Social y de Comportamiento (SBC), Comunicación de Riesgos y Participación Comunitaria (RCCE) y Rendición de Cuentas a las Poblaciones Afectadas (AAP) en la respuesta humanitaria de UNICEF y en las intervenciones de los diferentes sectores programáticos.
- Mantener una presencia activa en albergues, refugios temporales y comunidades afectadas para fortalecer la comunicación bidireccional, la participación comunitaria y la confianza entre las comunidades y los actores de la respuesta.
- Facilitar espacios de información, diálogo, escucha y participación comunitaria, promoviendo la inclusión y la participación significativa de niños, niñas, adolescentes, mujeres, personas con discapacidad y otros grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad.
- Implementar y fortalecer mecanismos accesibles, seguros y confiables de retroalimentación, consultas, quejas y sugerencias, asegurando el análisis de la información recibida, la derivación adecuada de casos y el cierre oportuno del ciclo de retroalimentación.
- Coordinar procesos de escucha social y comunitaria para identificar necesidades de información, percepciones, preocupaciones, barreras de acceso a servicios, comportamientos prioritarios, rumores y riesgos emergentes que permitan informar la toma de decisiones programáticas.
