What you'll do
- Support AI initiatives by validating data accuracy, testing user workflows, and optimizing knowledge bases.
- Plan and execute engaging virtual and in-person networking activities to foster meaningful peer connections among new hires.
- Provide end-to-end logistical and operational support for virtual and HQ in-person onboarding events and orientation sessions.
- Design and deliver 'Train the Trainer' sessions for onboarding facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality program execution.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date orientation guides, toolkits, and onboarding reference materials published on the New Hire Intranet.
What it takes
- Active undergraduate student in Human Resources, communications, journalism, international relations, social sciences, or related fields from an accredited University.
- Fluency in English with a working knowledge of one other Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
