The position involves providing technical support for the implementation of the Strategy for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare for India (SAHI) focusing on health-workforce capacity, AI literacy, institutional capacity, and change management.
What you'll do
- Support the drafting, refinement, and finalisation of the Pillar III implementation roadmap actions
- Design frameworks, competency maps, and learning content for AI-literacy and capacity-building programmes
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and public-health training institutions
- Support institutional-capacity assessment and develop change-management approaches
- Prepare technical notes, decision briefs, and background papers
- Support the planning, technical preparation, and documentation of regional validation consultations
What it takes

- At least seven (7) years of professional work experience
- Experience with the UN system or other international development organizations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder-engagement skills
