The role

The position involves providing technical support for the implementation of the Strategy for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare for India (SAHI) focusing on health-workforce capacity, AI literacy, institutional capacity, and change management.

What you'll do

  • Support the drafting, refinement, and finalisation of the Pillar III implementation roadmap actions
  • Design frameworks, competency maps, and learning content for AI-literacy and capacity-building programmes
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and public-health training institutions
  • Support institutional-capacity assessment and develop change-management approaches
  • Prepare technical notes, decision briefs, and background papers
  • Support the planning, technical preparation, and documentation of regional validation consultations

What it takes

  • Master's degree
  • At least seven (7) years of professional work experience
  • Experience with the UN system or other international development organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and collaborative document tools
