The role

Plan International is seeking a Project Cash Transfer Technician to manage and follow up on household information for an anticipated cash-based assistance program in response to a predicted drought season post-harvest.

What you'll do

Manage and follow up on household information for the anticipated cash-based assistance program
Coordinate with territorial teams for beneficiary recruitment and orientation
Monitor the cash transfer delivery process
Support the identification, documentation, and timely reporting of logistical, operational, programmatic, or security incidents
Provide information, records, and documentation required by WFP for monitoring, tracking, and evaluation
Maintain updated and organized project information, applying established data protection and confidentiality policies

What it takes

University degree in finance or social sciences
Three years of experience in humanitarian or development contexts
Previous experience in Cash-based Assistance and Vouchers (CVA)
Experience with Plan International is a plus
Proficiency in data management applications like Power BI, KoBo, Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Google Data Studio, and various Business Intelligence platforms
Community mobilization and facilitation skills
Familiarity with gender-sensitive communication and participatory methodologies
Experience working with vulnerable populations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the intervention area and its security conditions
