The role
The Traveller Men’s Health Outreach Worker will work with the Traveller men’s Development worker and in close partnership with the Dungarvan health team to improve the health outcomes for Travellers in Dungarvan.

- Promote better health outcome for Travellers
- Support Travellers to access existing services
- Work in partnership with relevant services
- Contribute to the development and representation of Waterford Primary Health Care Project
- Undertake continuous professional development
- Enhance communication between Traveller families and health service providers

- A good understanding of Traveller culture and Traveller issues
