Transport Support Worker

The role

The Transport Support Worker provides essential transportation and visitation support for children and families within the child welfare system. Responsibilities include connecting families with local resources, participating in training and staff meetings, and coordinating with partner agencies to promote child well-being. The role requires a compassionate approach to supporting families during crises and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Candidates must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
