The Menta Education Group is seeking a Transition Coordinator to prepare students aged 14-22 for life after school by fostering independence and building community networks. This role involves managing student support, ensuring IDEA compliance, and developing work-based learning opportunities at locations in Belleville and Millstadt, IL. What you'll do
