Training Intern

The role

The Aparecio Foundation is seeking a Training Intern to support the Organizational Development (OD) department. The intern will assist in creating volunteer manuals, developing on-boarding processes, and tracking volunteer activity. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovation and organizational system building within a nonprofit focused on empowering low-income women. The position is designed for individuals with an interest in HR, OD, or I/O Psychology.
