The role

The United Nations Environment Programme is seeking a consultant to design, develop, and facilitate virtual learning programs focused on work-life balance and cross-cultural management for global staff. The role involves conducting needs assessments, creating diverse learning resources, and delivering engaging training sessions. The consultant will also be responsible for reporting on learning outcomes and participant feedback to support leadership and team agility. This position is a short-term consultancy based in Nairobi with home-based virtual delivery.
