What you'll do
- Support program team in quality program and project design and implementation
- Work closely with Grants Acquisition team and cross-functional department/units
- Coordinate with the MEAL team
- Provide administrative support to program team
- Support Grants Acquisition Manager and PDQ Director
- Monitor, track and document activities
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in any development themes such as Development Studies, Public Health, Education, Agriculture, or on project planning and management
- Coordination skills - ability to work and facilitate work across teams
- Strong interpersonal and marketing skills
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Proven willingness to learn about new and evolving technology
- Administrative skills
