The role
The Territory Lead is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operational excellence of their assigned territory, combining commercial leadership, operational oversight, and people management to ensure sales targets are met, construction projects are executed efficiently, and customers receive an exceptional experience.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end performance of the territory, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and operational priorities.
- Develop and execute localized sales and operational strategies informed by market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Customer Sales Officers (CSOs) to build a strong and productive sales force.
- Oversee all construction activities within the territory, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety practices.
- Ensure customer payments are collected in accordance with company policies while maintaining the highest standards of financial accountability.
