The role
The Temporary Development Coordinator will support the Development team around the holidays by providing administrative support and hands-on assistance, including managing in-kind gifts, data entry, and volunteer events.
What you'll do
- Assist with the receiving of in-kind gifts from donors
- Help manage the Holiday gift pop-up shop
- Help with data entry, mailings, and other administrative tasks
- Support the team with corporate and group volunteering events on-site

- Competency with Excel and Word or similar programs; experience with Salesforce preferred
- Skilled at managing many details and logistics
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage volunteers and interact with donors and clients
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and spend hours on your feet
- Work experience preferred, especially in customer service
- Fluent Spanish (extra consideration)
