The role

CASL is seeking a Teen Club Leader to support their mission by coordinating engaging and culturally responsive programming for teens through mentorship, career readiness, leadership, and enrichment opportunities.

What you'll do

Build positive, trusting relationships with teens and foster a safe, inclusive, culturally responsive environment
Plan and facilitate engaging Teen Club programming three days per week
Facilitate career and workforce readiness activities
Maintain appropriate supervision of participating youth
Maintain accurate enrollment, attendance, and program records
Monitor youth participation and engagement
