- Degree level qualification in international development, public administration, social sciences, education, business management, finance, procurement, governance, law or a related discipline
- Experience providing technical advisory services in international development programs
- Experience working in Pacific Island Countries and/or Timor-Leste
- Experience working with large, complex, regional international development programs
- Experience working for DFAT-funded or managing contractor programs
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
