What you'll do
- Facilitate the use of the ENCORE tool for nature-related risk assessments among PRB signatory banks.
- Develop replicable case studies showcasing best practices for mainstreaming nature in financial business models.
- Deliver capacity-building programs and training on the PRB Nature Guidance to bank teams in Colombia.
- Lead board-level awareness sessions to drive senior leadership engagement on biodiversity risks.
- Coordinate with the UNEP FI nature team and the SECO project to ensure strategic alignment.
What it takes
- Master’s degree in natural sciences, environmental engineering, business, or finance (or Bachelor’s with 7 years of experience).
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in the financial sector related to biodiversity or natural capital.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience in ESG risk assessments and due diligence within the financial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage complex projects autonomously.
