What you'll do
- Prepare virtual meeting rooms for the meeting.
- Setup equipment in ITU meeting room, including laptop and camera where moderator onsite presence is required.
- Host and animate the relevant virtual meeting room so that remote participants can follow and participate remotely.
- Ensure that all documentation being presented is also displayed in the virtual room.
- Communicate with the Chair if a remote participant wishes to make an intervention.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting to technical challenges and escalate them to technical teams at ITU if necessary.
What it takes
- Complete secondary education with a diploma OR complete equivalent technical or commercial studies with a diploma. A University degree would be an advantage.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the field of the Terms of Reference. A University degree may replace 2 years of experience.
- English at advanced level. Knowledge of another official language of the Union (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) would be an advantage.
